About the role
Cube Fleet Solutions and Bromyard Body Repairs are looking for a reliable and practical person to join our workshop team in Bromyard.
This role would suit somebody with basic mechanical experience, a semi-retired mechanic, or somebody looking to build further hands-on workshop skills.
This is not a dealership environment and there are no weekend shifts. We are looking for somebody dependable, hands-on and willing to help as part of a small workshop team.
Full training will be provided where needed.
What the role involves
The work mainly involves straightforward mechanical jobs such as:
- Brake discs and pads
- Servicing and filters
- Basic vehicle maintenance
- General workshop support
During quieter periods, you will also assist with simple bodyshop preparation work, including:
- Removing and refitting bumpers, doors and wheels
- Basic strip and refit work
- Vehicle preparation tasks

Working pattern
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Immediate start available
- No weekend shifts
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Good attitude and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
